The springs are manufactured at KYB / SHOWA's factory specializing in suspension springs. It is important to note that in the world of clutch springs and clutches, there have been a lot of products that seem to be too complicated. This is partly due to the fact that springs themselves have high tolerance values when they are manufactured. Advantage has developed a clutch spring using valve spring material (SWOSC-V) in a factory specializing in suspension springs, based on our long experience in suspension development.The spring material SWOSC-V is used, and the inclination difference of the spring is less than 0.5 degrees, and the special shot peening processing is done, and the clutch of a stock motorcycle is reexamined and redesigned.The spring rate is designed to be reduced by oil temperature.
[Suppension Spring rate] Fundamentally overcame the situation where the clutch is just hard and heavy, which is often the case with reinforced clutches. It eliminates the need to increase the spring rate so drastically in synergy with the friction and plate.(In some models, clutch slippage is suppressed by the spring rate) This model tends to be heavy, but it is lighter than the rival products.

In this environment, Advantage is able to produce springs, so it is possible to complete high performance and long life products without having to increase the tension of the spring.

OEMClutch started to slip, so I replaced it at the time of ClutchOH. Spring length is a little long? The OEM was not so bad? The Clutch is now a little heavier, but no longer slips, and the feel when connected is easy to grasp. I installed it on the SEROW225 whose Clutch was getting low. Since I was recommended to exchange the combination with the Retainer of Kitamura Workshop, Quantity:Purchased in a set and built in.
I don't know the percentage of which one contributes more than the other for the above reasons, but I'm considerably less frustrated with the Clutch than I was before the swap. I'm happy with the sharpness and the way it moves when I apply the power.

Purchased as Clutch felt as thought it came. Fewer than OEM Clutch is tightly but Fei Ring that is heavy is the best. Even if you use it like running Clutch while driving you know the connection is Well. Even when I want to raise the Front a bit, I will react well. Demerit is about a little heavy Clutch.
