The FrontExhaust Gasket is smashed and dirty and should not be overlooked.
Don't buy the RearExhaust Gasket because it's a Spec. that doesn't use it.
The rear pipe should be inserted to the back of the car and the PipeBand should be shifted upwards to prevent exhaust leaks.
The whole thing is carefully degreased.
I guess it's about the same.

I've installed it on my VTR250 MY11.
I knew that there were lots of aftermarket exhausts for VTR, but decided to buy this one because I liked its low sound and its triangle figure.
Installation: Since everything required for the installation is included, I bought just the KITACO gasket (XH-08) aside from this part. I've used one.
It was a little hard to remove the OEM exhaust, for its packing was worn out. But I could do it alone, following the instructions on the included manual.
Volume: It has changed to a deep thick sound from the quite ordinary sound. You can tell the difference from the time you start the engine. It's even different during idling condition. I was thrilled. At first, I was worried about its loudness, for I live in a residential area, but the sound level was 94dB, according to YAMAMOTO RACING. It's louder than OEM, but not the level you should get concerned with.
Power: I felt that the power at low-rotation range has been degraded a bit. Maybe it's because I've been told that way in advance. If I hadn't, I probably couldn't tell the difference.
The power stretch at high speed range more than makes up that fact. It even adds more power at over 5000 or 6000rpm, maybe because it has become lighter than OEM. For me, it's an exhaust that makes this beautiful sound and accelerates steadily.
